Boston, MA (AP) -- State Senator James Marzilli will not face indecent assault charges.
Arlington police say they were investigating an allegation that Marzilli touched a woman inappropriately in April. But after several interviews, Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone says there's not enough evidence to back up the woman's claims.
Marzilli, a Democrat, says he always knew he was innocent, and thanks police for a thorough investigation.
