Lexington (WBZ Newsroom) -- Gas prices have moved into enemy territory for consumers in Massachusetts.
At Lexington Auto Service, they are charging $4.29 a gallon for regular. It's believed to be the first to cross the $4 line in the Greater Boston area.

Prices on average in the Bay State are at the $3.68 mark, according to Triple-A of Southern New England. Prices were 12-cents cheaper last week and have been on a steady rise for five weeks now.
