The Boston Bruins roster for their second annual development camp will include the team's top draft picks in 2007 and 2008.
Bruins General Manager Peter Chiarelli says Zach Hamill, the 8th overall selection of the 2007 NHL Draft and Joe Colborne, the 16th overall pick in the recent 2008 NHL Draft will be on hand at the Bruins' practice facility in Wilmington July 8-12.
Also taking the ice next month will be Maxime Sauve, Michael Hutchinson, Jamie Arniel, Nick Tremblay, and Mark Goggin, the rest of the Bruins 2008 NHL Entry Draft selections.
Also slipping on the spoked 'B' for the first time since being acquired by the Black and Gold are prospects Jeff LoVecchio from Western Michigan University, Jeff Penner of Alaska-Fairbanks University, and Matt Marquardt of Baie-Comeau Drakkar.
The remainder of the roster will be comprised of draft picks from the 2005, 2006, and 2007 NHL Entry Draft: Andrew
Bodnarchuk, Adam Courchaine, Tommy Cross, Alain Goulet, Jordan Knackstedt, Mikko Lehtonen, Brad Marchand, Adam McQuaid, Levi Nelson, Kevin Regan, and Denis Reul.
On-ice activities will be led by Bruins Director of Hockey Operations and Player Development, Don Sweeney, along with Boston Bruins Assistant Coach Geoff Ward, Providence Bruins Head Coach Scott Gordon and Providence Bruins Assistant Coach Rob Murray. The off-ice portion will be led by Boston Bruins Strength and Conditioning Coach John Whitesides.
